Helping Funders Strengthen Nonprofit Ecosystems, Equitably

Through a combination of an online platform, 1:1 nonprofit coaching and peer-to-peer learning, funders are supporting their nonprofit partners in building mission-facing and back office capacity in a manner that best suits them. Resilia partners with a wide variety of funders including community foundations, United Ways, corporations, and more to build the capacity of the nonprofits on the ground serving historically marginalized communities.

About The Program

Equitable Access to Capacity-Building Resources

Funders sponsor the Resilia program for their grantees, nonprofit partners, and fiscally sponsored organizations to enable three entry points into comprehensive capacity-building resources. Nonprofit partners then get to decide what support they need, how and when, depending on their organizational needs, urgency, and preferred mode of support.
