Frequently asked questions

  • Resilia Donations is free to use with no contracts, and is available on every Resilia Nonprofit Platform plan level. There is a flat-rate 6% processing fee that is applied to received donations, but users typically only realize 1-2% of these fees since 85% of donors elect to cover fees.

    Resilia Donations flat fee includes all payment processing fees, credit card fees, transfer fees, and a Resilia platform fee.

  • Yes! Resilia Donations uses payment encryption technology and security. Payments are processed securely through our PCI compliant payments partner Stripe.

  • To get set up with Resilia Donations, submit your organization’s business details (EIN, Business Address, Website URL) and your organization’s banking details for where to receive payouts (Bank account and routing numbers).

    Once you’ve completed the quick set up, you’ll customize your Donations Page (this is what your supporters will see when they click to make a donation). Here you can add images, like your logo or images of your service, and copy, like your mission and how donations make an impact.
