Does your organization dream of achieving greater impact but struggle to build the capacity to truly take flight? You're not alone. Many nonprofits work tirelessly but fail to tap into their full power and possibility.

Join us on March 7 for an energizing, solutions-driven professional development workshop designed to help nonprofits like yours thrive, not just survive.

This inspiring, interactive workshop will show you how to:

  • Identify your organization's unique purpose, strengths and abilities

  • Overcome common capacity barriers like time constraints, limited funds and structural challenges

  • Accelerate progress by leveraging external expertise, networks and technology

Meet your facilitators:

Currently based in Central Florida, Angelica has used her Master’s in Nonprofit Management to provide nonprofits with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration they need to succeed and elevate their mission efforts. Before joining Resilia, Angelica was a consultant for several BIPOC organizations nationwide. She strongly believes in the power of diversity and collaborative thinking. She is eager to assist nonprofits in generating more creative, efficient, and data-driven solutions that help them reach their full potential. Aside from the nonprofit sector, Angelica loves making people smile, taking on fun DIY projects, and spending time with her family and dog, Hemmy.
