Empowering Local Funders to Strengthen Their Grantees

Through a combination of an online platform, 1:1 nonprofit coaching and peer-to-peer learning, grantees are able to build mission-facing and back office capacity in a manner that best suits them. By partnering with Resilia, foundations with limited resources are able to expand their administrative wingspan and support capacity building for more nonprofits.

About The Program

Equitable Access to Capacity-Building Resources

Foundations sponsor the Resilia program for their grantees in order to enable multiple entry points into comprehensive capacity-building resources. Grantees then get to decide what support they need, how and when, depending on their organizational needs, urgency, and preferred mode of support.
