About The Program
Maximizing Investments in Corporate Social Responsibility & DEI
The Corporate Funder Program helps companies demonstrate their commitment to philanthropy, social responsibility, DEI, and their communities. Corporations partner with Resilia to strengthen grassroots changemakers, with particular focus on those serving historically marginalized communities. Supported nonprofits gain access to critical resources to build mission-facing and back-office capacity and increase community impact.
The program aligns with the well-established Resilia Funder Program (see program details), with added opportunities for employee or corporate social responsibility (CSR) team involvement.
A typical setup includes:
Unique Features of the Corporate Funder Program
Step 1: Nominate
The corporate foundation, CSR team, and/or employees nominate nonprofits for capacity building support. Employee involvement can in turn bolster company engagement.
Step 2: Equip
Resilia equips participating nonprofits with management training, fundraising tools, and other resources accessible via an online platform, 1:1 coaching, and peer-to-peer settings.
Step 3: Report
Resilia tracks and shares impact with corporate stakeholders through comprehensive reporting outlining the health and growth of the nonprofits nominated for support.
