New Orleans, LA. - Resilia, a social enterprise with offices in New Orleans and New York City, and Arnold Ventures, a philanthropic organization with offices in Houston, New York City, and Washington, D.C., have come together to strengthen the capacity of its nonprofit partners.

Arnold Ventures (AV) is a nonpartisan organization that maximizes opportunity and minimizes injustice through social welfare, public service, political advocacy, and social impact activities. From criminal justice and democracy reform to actions that support health care reform, AV is dedicated to transformative social change through advocacy and policy.

Through this partnership, invited nonprofit partners will be able to access Resilia’s multi-faceted capacity building program as they work towards organizational sustainability. The Resilia program helps change makers build mission-facing and back-office capacity while helping elevate stories to drive advocacy and fundraising efforts. This is enabled through a combination of an online platform, unlimited 1:1 nonprofit coaching and peer-to-peer learning models, thereby enabling multiple entry points into capacity building and meeting nonprofits where they are.

Resilia, a social enterprise with offices in New Orleans and New York City, and Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, the largest foundation in the Mid-South region, have come together to strengthen nonprofit partners driving social change in the greater Memphis area.

The Michigan Community Service Commission (MCSC) is piloting a capacity-building grant program in partnership with Resilia to support developing organizations throughout Michigan. The grant program will offer resources with a value of up to $25,000 to help organizations make a greater impact in communities across the state and will offer support through the end of 2022.

Resilia’s ongoing EMPOWER workshops unite funders from across the country, challenging grantmakers to reach nonprofit-first solutions that support BIPOC-led and serving grassroots organizations. After each conversation, Resilia transforms learnings into new resources and technical features for nonprofits within weeks.

Resilia, a social enterprise with offices in New Orleans and New York City, and Kalliopeia Foundation, have come together to empower and support change makers with a focus on reconnecting ecology, culture, and spirituality in their communities. The partnership aims to support the capacity building of a cohort of individuals and organizations working to reconnect ecology, culture, and spirituality.

Did you know that only 10% of philanthropic funding goes towards leaders of color? Of that, only 2% goes towards Black leaders. BIPOC-led nonprofits earn less grant money with more strings attached, and receive an average 24% lower funding and have access to 76% less unrestricted net assets. Resilia is on a mission to change that.
