Resilia Kicks Off Program to Help Nonprofit Grantees Prepare for 2023
As we close out 2022 and look forward to the New Year, it’s a great time for nonprofits to assess where they are in their development and ensure they are set up for success.
With this in mind, Resilia has assembled a special Launch 2023 toolkit for nonprofit grantees within the Resilia Funder Program. The toolkit is designed with all of the courses, templates, and resources nonprofits need to prepare for – and thrive – in the year ahead.
Launch 2023: Nonprofit Coaching, Training, and Resources
The Launch 2023 program includes 1:1 nonprofit coaching, online training courses, customizable templates, guides, checklists, peer-to-peer learning events, and other resources. Grantees receive instruction on both mission-facing and back-office operations that are critical to their ongoing success.
Key topics include:
Setting organizational goals and priorities, including how to build a strategic plan
Building a funding and fundraising strategy for 2023, including fundraising tips, tools, and budgeting
Making and adjusting to staff changes, including an employee handbook and onboarding template
Compliance: maintaining tax exempt status, including guides and task lists
Using technology to tell a nonprofit’s story, build advocacy, and inspire action
Launch 2023 Nonprofit Coaching
Most nonprofits find 1:1 coaching consultations with Resilia experts to be invaluable for them to brainstorm ideas and ask specific questions on key topics. The Launch 2023 program offers a special “Comprehensive Organizational Analysis” coaching session, which provides time for grantees to take a step back and determine where they need help most to be successful in the New Year.

Fundraising - Working through a diversified fundraising strategy to reach goals
People Ops - Gaining valuable advice on revamping current staffing and adjusting to staff changes
Compliance - Reviewing the forms, filing, and record-keeping needed to maintain tax exempt status

Foundations and other funders can provide their grantees access to the Launch 2023 Toolkit by being a part of the Resilia Funder Program, which also provides nonprofit grantees unlimited 1:1 coaching; access to the full suite of more than 150 courses, resources, templates, and tools on the Resilia platform; and peer-to-peer learning sessions and other events throughout the year.
