Partnering to Build Nonprofit Capacity in Ohio

Resilia is partnering with Philanthropy Ohio to help Ohio funders build the capacity of their nonprofit partners. The Resilia Funder Program enables funders to go “beyond the grant” by providing nonprofits 1:1 coaching and technology access to on-demand training, capacity-building resources, and fundraising solutions that meet nonprofits where they are. Through the program, Ohio funders can also become members of Resilia’s Elevate network, a national learning and action initiative focused on equity and elevating the capacity and voices of BIPOC-led and BIPOC-serving grassroots organizations.

About the Resilia Funder Program

Funders sponsor the Resilia program for grantees. Through a combination of an online platform, 1:1 nonprofit coaching and peer-to-peer learning, grantees are able to build mission-facing and back office capacity in a manner that best suits them.

How the Resilia Funder Program Works

Grantees are provided three entry points into capacity building and storytelling. They then get to decide what support they need, how and when, depending on their organizational needs, urgency and preferred mode of support.
